摘要
职业教育在教育体系间门户之见和体系内发展不协调的环境里,筑起了普职教育互认的藩篱,同时也带来了职业教育自身发展通道的拥塞。职业教育体系纵向衔接机制不畅、横向沟通保障不力,致使受教育者难以享受便捷、畅通的职业教育服务。只有借助学分银行系统强大的学习成果认证和转化功能,构建纵向衔接、横向沟通、纵横交错的立交桥,职业教育才能摆脱现实发展的困境,实现职业教育的协调发展,全面增强职业教育的吸引力。
In an environment characterized with sectarianism and barriers between vocational education and normal tertiary education, vocational education is restricted in its own development. Vertically it is not being well connected; horizontally it is not supported sufficiently either, resulting in an inconvenient and blocked educational system for the learners. It is believed that the credit bank is the only plan for a well-connected overpass that will lead to a harmonious vocational education with distinct vocational appeal in all respects.
