摘要
在实验室全开放和学生自主学习的教学环境下,实验教学效果获得了大幅度提高。实验教师应该如何适应开放实验室的教学模式是一个必须解决的关键问题。探讨了开放实验室对教师职业素质的要求,以提高高校实验室建设水平。
Experimental teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities can be greatly improved in autonomous learning and open laboratory teaching environments. How to adapt the open teaching mode is a key problem for the laboratory staffs. The laboratory teachers are the core of experimental teaching, so the good professional quality will play an important role in the teaching mode of open laboratory. This paper discussed the teacher professional quality requirements for the open laboratory, which can provide certain reference opinion for the open laboratory construction in colleges and universities.
