从心理学实验室建设理念定位问题、实验室师资队伍问题、实验室活力和可持续发展问题、实验主体问题等进行论述,提出心理学实验室建设对策,推动心理学实验室的发展。

This study focuses on psychological lab construction in university. It aims to clarify four major issues including the concept location, teaching staff, vitality of the lab and the sustainable development. Some relevant problems and solutions about psychological lab construction are proposed which would serve to start people＇s further exploration, and eventually, to promote the development of psychological lab in university.
