To cultivate high-quality workers and high skilled talent, we should continuously broaden our thinking and strengthen personnel training reform mode. Practice is a key joint for the student to contact society; to understand the actual need of work and master the job skills and to realize the goal of training high skilled talents. Extracurricular activities are the effective supplement and extension of the practice teaching in the course.
