论述了汽车租赁业务岗位和收发车岗位的职责和定位,综合北京各大汽车租赁公司的业务流程的共性,探索了符合职业教育学生认知规律的汽车租赁业务流程,缩短了学生进入岗位角色的适应时间。让学生掌握具有共性的知识内容,突出理念及实训,并对该流程的实践与学生实训进行了一定的探索。

This article discusses the responsibilities of the operation and car delivery positions in the car rental business. By explored the common operation process of car rental companies in Beijing, the author put forward a set of car rental business procedures which is in line with the cognitive pattern and could shorten the role adaptation time of the students in vocational education. To help the students understand the process, the mechanism of training and practice is also discussed in this article.
