摘要
介绍了综合跳动的概念,采用大功率半导体激光器同轴同步送粉的方式,对母材为28CrMoNiV的转子轴段分别进行了不同工艺的多道搭接激光熔覆再制造试验,并对转子轴实物进行激光熔覆再制造试验。试验表明,三种激光熔覆再制造层中的铁基材料涂层与其转子轴实物轴颈档外圆再制造层的综合电跳值均符合美国石油组织(API)612号的标准规定,满足汽轮机机组安全运行的要求。
The concept of total indicated runout is introduced. The multi-track laser cladding remanufacturing experiments were performed on rotor shaft substrate 28CrMoNiV by a high power diode laser with coaxial powder feeder. Then the laser cladding remanufacturing experiment on rotor shaft was performed. The experiment results show that the total indicated runout of iron-based coatings and the coating on the neck of rotor shaft meet the American Petroleum Institute (API) No. 612 standards among the three laser remanufacturing coatings. The value is far smaller than 0. 25mil (6.35t^m), which meets the requirements of safe operation of steam turbine.
