摘要
介绍了核电汽轮机转子轮盘轮槽加工的新工艺。在考虑产品及加工设备精度要求条件下,通过设计自制转台和专用工装,在镗铣床完成轮盘轮槽的粗加工,在双头铣机床完成轮槽的精加工,提高了轮盘轮槽加工质量及加工效率,突破了轮盘加工生产瓶颈。
A new groove machining process for nuclear rotor disk was presented. In a consideration of the product precision and the accuracy of processing equipment, milling machine and double-end milling machine were respectively applied in the rough disk and finish machining process of the groove. The quality and the efficiency of groove machining were both improved to break the bottleneck of the disk machining.
