Analysis of clinical engineering management in dialysis treatments

目的:从临床医学工程角度加强血液透析设备的管理,减少临床风险。方法:通过明确医学工程师职责、建立规章制度、加强维修保养和注重人才培养四个方面,分析如何运用有效的管理方法。结果:有效降低了血液透析设备临床使用中的故障率,避免了临床治疗的安全隐患,提高了患者的透析质量。结论:对血液透析设备进行临床工程管理可有效延长设备寿命、提高治疗安全性,并对治疗质量产生积极影响。

Objective： To strengthen the management of haemodialysis machines on clinical engineering aspect, in order to enhance the safety and usage rate of haemodialysis machines, as well as to reduce clinical risk. Methods： Through 4 respects including clearing of engineer responsibility, establishing of regulations, reinforcing of maintenance, and emphasis on personnel training to figure out effective method of management. Results： Effectively reduce the failure rate of haemodialysis machine, avoid the safety loophole during clinical treatment, and improve the quality of treatments. Conclusion： Clinical engineering management on haemodialysis machines can effectively prolong the life of devices, improve the security, and have positive impact on treatment quality.
