野战(应急)快速检验系统A型与常规实验室血细胞分析仪检测结果比对分析

Comparison on the results of biochem POCT solutions and routine laboratory hematology analyzer

目的:比较野战(应急)快速检验系统A型中的血细胞分析模块与常规实验室血细胞分析仪的检测结果,分析二者的可比性。方法:利用野战(应急)快速检验系统A型的血细胞分析模块(QBC STAR)和SYSMEX(XE2100)血细胞分析仪对200例血常规标本进行平行检测,并对其检测结果进行比较分析。结果:血细胞分析模块(QBC STAR)测定红细胞比容(HCT)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)和血小板(PLT),其结果分别为40.05%±5.95%,(134.81±21.5)g/L,(8.44±2.61)×109/L,(255.64±71.68)×109/L;XE2100测定HCT,HGB,WBC,PLT结果分别为37.68%±5.43%,(129.46±20.16)g/L,(7.22±2.19)×109/L,(226.35±67.40)×109/L;两种仪器测定的相关系数分别为0.981、0.986、0.962、0.977,其差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:野战(应急)快速检验系统A型中的血细胞分析模块与常规实验室血细胞分析仪检测结果无显著性差异,一致性良好。

Objective： To compare the results of Biochem POCT Solutions（QBC STAR） and SYSMEX（XE2100） hematology analyzer. Methods： Fresh blood samples of 200 patients were detected with two different hematology analyzers, and the detection results were compared.Results： There were no significant difference of HCT, HGB,WBC and PLT between two analyzers. All of the test results are highly relevant with each other（r〉0.95）. Conclusion： The results of two urine analyzers have no significant difference and show good consistency.
