小儿头皮浅静脉留置针输液的应用与护理研究

Pediatric scalp intravenous needle transfusion applications with care

目的:分析小儿患者采用头皮浅静脉留置针输液治疗,以及特殊护理的临床效果。方法:选取2011年2月至2012年8月间在迁西县人民医院儿科门诊输液的患儿180例,对所有患儿使用头皮浅静脉留置针进行输液治疗,并对患儿进行特殊护理,观察其有关临床指标。结果:患儿输液一次穿刺成功率为93.3%,血液污染率为5.6%,进行注射时间缩短,与使用前对比,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:头皮浅静脉留置针输液治疗,在临床应用中安全可靠、便捷可行、减少患儿的痛苦,减轻护理人员的工作量,值得推广使用。

Objective： To pediatric patients with scalp venous indwelling needle infusion therapy, and special care for children, and analyze its clinical effect. Methods： from 2011 February to 2012 August in our hospital outpatient department of pediatrics infusion in 180 cases, All the children were using scalp venous indwelling needle infusion therapy, and special care for children, and observe its clinical index. Results： after the treatment, the disposable puncture success rate was 93.3%, the blood pollution rate is 5.6%, the injection time（P〈0.01） and before use, contrast, statistically significant differences. Conclusion： infusion of pediatric patients with scalp superficial vein indwelling, in clinical application is safe and reliable, convenient and feasible, but also can reduce the pain of patients, reduce the workload of nursing staff, is worthy of clinical use.
