稽留流产与血铅水平的关系探讨

目的分析稽留流产与孕妇血铅的相关性,了解惠州市铅污染对孕妇的影响,为预防稽留流产寻找依据。方法选取于2011年2月至2013年3月在我院妇科确诊为稽留流产的患者506例为研究对象,同时选取同期早期妊娠健康孕妇500例作对照研究,分别记为观察组和对照组,取样上述两组孕妇静脉血,给予血铅检验,观察和对比两组孕妇血铅检测值,分析血铅与稽留流产之间的关系。结果观察组孕妇血铅检测值明显高于对照组孕妇,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论稽留流产与血铅水平有紧密的联系,可通过对孕前妇女血铅测定,防止稽留流产,指导优生优育。

Objective To analyze the correlation between missed abortion and blood lead level in pregnant women, to understand the impact of lead pollution in Huizhou on pregnant women, and to provide a basis for the prevention of missed abortion. Methods 506 cases of missed abortion as well as 500 cases of healthy pregnant women in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2013 were selected as the observation group and the control group. We assigned blood lead level test to both groups and the results were compared. The correlation between the blood lead level and missed abortion were analysed. Results The blood lead level of the observation group are significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Missed abortion is closely related to the blood lead level. By detecting the blood lead level in pregnant women, missed abortion can be prevented. Prenatal and postnatal care can be guided according to the blood lead level test result..
