交锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨折的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价交锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析70例采用交锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨干骨折患者的资料。结果骨折愈合率94.3%(66/70例),其中4例发生骨延迟愈合(1例深部感染),经处理后愈合良好;2例关节功能受限,骨性愈合后28周时拔钉,适当处理及锻炼3周后关节功能恢复良好。结论采用交锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨干骨折疗效好,严格掌握手术指征、选择适当髓内钉是减少并发症的有效措施。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of interlocking intramedullary nails as the treatment for lower extremity fractures. Methods Data of 70 cases of lower extremity fractures treated with interlocking intramedullary nails were retrospectively analyzed. Results The healing rate was 94.3%(66/70 cases). Late heal occurred in 4 patients (1 case of deep infection), but the fractures well healed after appropriate treatment;and 2 cases had a dysfunction of joints. The nails were pulled out at the 28th week after the healing, and the joint function recovered after 3 weeks by appropriate treatment and exercise. Conclusions It has better curative effect to apply the interlocking intramedullary nails when treating of lower extremity fractures. The effective measures to reduce complications are grasping the surgical indications and selecting appropriate interlocking intramedullary nails.
