正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床价值研究

Study on the Clinical Value of Orthodontic Treatment in Prosthodontics

目的探讨正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床价值。方法选取2010年8月至2012年1月于本院进行治疗的90例牙列间隙患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(局部义齿组)和观察组(正畸治疗组)每组各45例,然后将两组患者的治疗总有效率、患者满意率及治疗前、治疗后8周及16周的OHRQOL量表评分进行统计及比较。结果观察组的总有效率及总满意率均高于对照组,而治疗后8周及16周的的OHRQOL量表各指标评分均优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床价值较高,可更为显著地改善患者的口腔健康相关生存质量。

Objective To study the clinical value of orthodontic treatment in prosthodontics. Methods 90 patients with dentition gap in our hospital from August 2010 to January 2012 were selected to study. They were randomly divided into a control group （partial denture group, with 45 cases in it） and an observation group （orthodontic treatment group, with 45 cases in it）. The primary outcome was a comparative analysis of the total treatment effective rate, patients＆#39; satisfaction rate, pretherapy OHRQOL score and OHRQOL score at the eighth week/sixteenth week after the treatment of two groups. Results The total treatment effective rate and patients＆#39; satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and each item in the OHRQOL rating scale at the eighth week/sixteenth week after the treatment were better than those of the control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions The clinical value of orthodontic treatment in prosthodontics is higher, which can more significantly improve the quality of life related to the oral health.
