面部色素痣电灼术后创面胶原贴敷料护理的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察胶原贴敷料对面部色素痣电灼术后创面修复及愈合的作用。方法选择2012年6月至2012年12月我院60例面部色素痣的患者经电灼术后117个创面部位分为治疗组(30例,54个创面)及对照组(30例,63个创面)。治疗组于术后开始外用胶原贴敷料,对照组术后予以每日外用抗感染喷雾。观察红斑持续时间、创面愈合时间、是否与周围皮肤平及是否有色素沉着,术后第8周观察作为最终疗效。结果治疗组红斑持续时间为(9.80±1.15)天,对照组为(11.00±1.41)天,治疗组的平均愈合时间为(7.20±1.29)天,对照组为(8.80±1.39)天;两组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);治疗组皮损与周围皮肤持平发生率(83.3%)与对照组周围皮肤持平发生率(82.5%)、皮损无发生色素沉着(77.7%)与对照组无发生色素沉着(65.1%)差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论面部色素痣电灼术后采用胶原贴敷料外用治疗安全有效,一方面可以促进创面的修复,另一方面可缩短创面愈合的时间,减轻色素沉着的发生,提高美容效果,临床上值得推广。 To evaluate the clinical efficiency with collagen dressing for postoperative facial nevi fulguration care. Methods 117 wounds of 60 patients suffering from postoperative facial nevi fulguration from June 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital were enrolled in this study, and randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases, 54 wounds) and control group (30 cases, 63 wounds). The collagen dressings were used in the treatment group, while the control group used the anti-infective spray. The erythema duration, wound healing time, whether the surrounding skin unchanged and whether there was pigmentation were observed;8 weeks after operation were set as the final outcome. Results There was significant difference in erythema duration [(9.80±1.15) days vs. (11.00±1.41) days], the wound healing time [(7.20±1.29) days vs. (8.80±1.39) days] between the treatment group and the control group (both P〈0.01), but there was no significant difference in the surrounding skin unchanged rate (83.3% vs. 82.5%) and the none pigmentation rate (77.7%vs. 65.1%) between the treatment group and the control group (both P〉0.05). Conclusions Postoperative facial nevi fulguration care using the collagen dressings can promote wound repair, shorten healing time, reduce the incidence of pigmentation and improve the cosmetic results, which deserves promotion in clinic.
