护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Radical Mastectomy

目的探讨护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量的影响。方法将54例在我院接受乳腺癌根治术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组27例。其中对照组实施常规专科护理,包括健康教育、用药指导。观察组在患者入院后,由主管护师与责任护士组成护理干预小组,在对照组的基础上同时予以认知、行为与心理干预等措施,6个月后采用日常生活质量调查量表对两组的生活质量进行评分并对比。结果护理干预后6个月,两组的生活质量评分均分别比护理干预前升高,但观察组升高更显著(P<0.01),且两组间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够有效改善乳腺癌患者的身心状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with radical mastectomy. Methods 54 patients with radical mastectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 27 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, including health education and medication guidance. The observation group received nursing intervention including cognitive, behavioral and psychological interventions on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life was evaluated by daily quality of life survey scale after 6 months and compared between two groups. Results Six months after nursing intervention, the score of quality of life in two groups was higher than that before nursing intervention, but the observation group increased more significantly （P 〈0.01）, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively improve physical and mental state and quality of life of patients with breast cancer.
