穴位按摩联合艾灸护理在妇科腹腔镜术恶心呕吐患者中的应用

Application of Point Massage Combined with Moxibustion Nursing in Nausea and Vomiting of Patients with Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的分析穴位按摩联合艾灸护理在妇科腹腔镜术恶心呕吐患者中的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月至2013年12月在我院进行妇科腹腔镜术的82例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各41例。对照组采用常规护理的方法,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行穴位按摩联合艾灸护理。比较两组患者治疗48 h后的恶心呕吐情况。结果实验组患者恶心呕吐的情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与正常护理方法相比,穴位按摩联合艾灸护理更有利于妇科腹腔镜术患者的恶心呕吐情况的改善,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of point massage combined with moxibustion nursing in nausea and vomiting of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods 82 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while patients in the experimental group received point massage combined with moxibustion nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nausea and vomiting situation after 48 hours were compared between two groups. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in the nausea and vomiting situation after 48 hours, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Point massage combined with moxibustion nursing in patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery has good effect for nausea and vomiting after surgery, which is worthy of clinical study and promotion.
