摘要
笔者以《铸钱工艺》为研究重点,结合对《申报》等刊物相关内容的解读,探讨了西方机器造币技术知识的翻译、传播及其影响的情况.
In this paper, combined with the interpretation of the Shen Bao（a newspaper compiled first at April 30, 1872 in Shanghai） and other publications, it focus on the study of Zhuqian Gongyi（a Chinese Version book on British coin minting technology translated from English） and analyses the knowledge trans- lation, dissemination and influence of the western coin minting technology in China.
