摘要
对水力吹填地基,本文提出了在吹填过程中分层铺设水平向排水板并振动碾压的处理方法和应用实例。处理后的标准贯入试验显示吹填细砂的标贯击数提高到不处理时的3 ~ 4倍。标准贯入、静力触探和荷载板试验表明,处理后的吹填细砂达到了电厂地坪要求的承载力、沉降和不液化目标,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
This case history described the improvement of saturated fine grained hydraulic fill using horizontal wick drains combined with vibrating roller compaction. The site is situated on the north shore of the Meghna River, Bangladesh, in an area underlain by thick silty/fine sand. Horizontal wick drains is placed within the fine sand fill during construction as the fill is placed; the fill having horizontal wick drains is compacted in layers by vibrating roller. After treatment SPTs, CPTs and loading plate tests were carried out, indicating that SPT N-values increase 3∼4 times compared to the non-treated fill and employer's requirements on bearing capacity of dredged fill, post-settlement and anti-liquefaction are achieved. Thus, 3 200 000 USD were economized in the costs of ground treatment compared to the stone column method in tender.
