摘要
本文选取中美研究型医院发展较好的医院,从转化医学机构、诊疗水平、人才培养和科研投入四个方面进行比较,寻求中美研究型医院发展的异同点,为国内研究型医院的建设提供参考。
Research-based hospital is popular in China and has gained some experience,still it needs improved. We choose several famous hospitals in China and America as samples to find out the differences and accordance in the setting of translational research institutes,medical service quality,staff cultivation and funding,in order to promote the construction of research-based hospital.
