摘要
本文通过分析国内外对医务人员医学信息素养的继续教育模式,提出以正规课程为主,培训课程为辅,自学课程为补充的多模式、分层次、个性化的继续教育系统策略,为国内开展该教育提供思路,从而提高国内医务人员的信息素养水平,更好地运用其工作、科研之中。
By analyzing the continuing education of domestic and foreign medical information literacy ( MIL), we have come up with a multi - mode, hierarchical and individualized strategy that focused on formal curriculum, supplemented by training courses and self - study courses. This systematic strategy of continuing education provides new ideas for MIL education in China and contributes to the information literacy of medical staff for better work and further scientific research.
