摘要
药房是医院提供服务的窗口。随着医疗纠纷发生率的逐年上升,如何减少药房医疗纠纷对医院尤为重要。本文分析药房医疗纠纷产生的原因,并给出相应的防范对策。
The service in the pharmacy is the final window of hospital service. As the incidence of medical disputes rises in recent years in the pharmacy,to take measures to reduce the medical disputes in the pharmacy becomes important. In this paper,the causes of medical disputes were discussed in the pharmacy,and then the countermeasures were proposed.
