Methods to Cultivate Special Hospital Culture

医院文化,既是医院整体建设的组成部分,又是医院科学发展的不竭动力。培育既富有时代特征,又体现医院特色的先进文化,具有凝神聚气、聚焦中心、服务打赢的功效。本文紧密结合医院实际,从发挥政治优势,培育"红"字文化;提高服务质量,打造"专"字文化;坚持以人为本,构建"和"字文化三个方面培育医院特色文化。

Hospital culture is an important part of the hospital construction, and the driving force of hospital development. To cultivate an advanced hospital culture will be helpful to realize a spirit of improving service and keeping focus to win the battle of the military hospital. In this paper, the measures to cultivate serving for the troop, improving service ability and realizing the harmonious development of the hospital were introduced.
