摘要 该文基于日本交通卡的发展现状和发行主体的研究,从日本交通智能卡的业务模式特点和发展趋势出发,重点剖析了日本交通卡发展过程中所形成的多元化经营主体结构,互联互通的发展趋势、小额消费的业务延伸方向、票卡产品的多元化经营战略和多渠道促销模式,并以sucia卡为案例总结了东京交通卡发展的实践与成效。 Based on study of current situation and issuing body of Japanese traffic card, starting at business model feature and developing tendency of Japanese intelligent traffic card, the paper focuses on analyzing the diversification business of main structure formed in the course of Japanese traffic card development, the development tend of interconnection, the orientation of petty consumption business, ticket/card business strategy of diversification and Multi channel promotion mode, and taking sucia card for example, introduces the practice and achievement of Tokyo traffic card development as a reference of developing Chinese intelligent traffic card.
