试论西部大开发与国防建设

On the Development of West of China and the Building up of National Defence

根据我国国土形状呈三叶螺旋桨形的特征 ,指出了我国经济建设、国防建设和行政管理均应实行中心辐射型结构模式 ,论述了我国经济建设与国防建设相结合的措施 ,将经济区以国防功能区分为核心经济区、纽带经济区、支撑经济区。有序建成这三类经济区 ,以适应形势发展的需要 。

Different parts of our country's territory have different function, this research points that China's territory looks like three propeller blades, so the building up of national defence, economy and administration should follow a radiation from centre model to draw the grand national blueprint specifically, to meet the demands of domestic and international situition, and to expand our strategic defense zone, economic construction should be incorporated into defence construction and be divided into three parts: core economic zone, bond economic zone and strut economic zone according to their defence function. What's more, west opening up must underline the importance of the joint part of core zone and Northeastern zone and the profound strategic significance of building freeways, railways and information web in a circle radiating form depending on the general requirements of the model mentionod above.
