摘要
DNC通信是近代数控加工中提高劳动生产率、改善机床操作人员的劳动强度的有效途径。以广州数控GSK980TD系统为例,结合CAXA软件,介绍如何组建DNC通信。实践表明,数控车间建立DNC通信后,改进了生产,提高了效率。
The DNC communication is an effective way in modem CNC machining to improve labor productivity and the labor intensity of operator. This paper takes Guangzhou GSK980TD CNC system as an example. Combined with CAXA soft- ware, how to set up DNC communication are analyzed and studied comprehensively. Practice shows that, the establishment of DNC communication of CNC workshop can improve production and efficiency.
