摘要
针对烧结机双压余热发电系统,设计一套基于PLC的热工自动化控制系统,以实现对整个工艺流程的控制,介绍控制系统的结构与功能,并阐述重要的工艺联锁和控制策略。
A thermal process automation control system based on PLC is designed based on double pressure waste heat power generation system of sintering machine. The whole process control is implemented. The system structure and functions are introduced. The process interlock and control strategy are discussed in detail.
