市场经济下的农户是经济人 ,其行为目标是为了追求家庭收入的最大化。文章通过对重庆农村家庭收入目标和行为决策的分析 ,建立了农村劳动力外出就业决策的理论模型 。

The farmer whose target is to maximize the revenue is the economic man in the market economy. By analyzing their revenue targets and decision making behavior of the rural households in Chongqing, the paper establishes a theoretical model on the decision making behavior of the rural labors' going out for work, then finds out the principal factors which affect the rural labors' going out for work in Chongqing through the principal factor analysis.
