痛风定无糖颗粒抗痛风作用的实验研究

摘要 目的研究痛风定无糖颗粒抗痛风作用及作用机制。方法口服给药,通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、微晶型尿酸钠(MSU)致鼠足肿胀及测定足炎症渗出液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量观察其抗炎作用;采用醋酸扭体法和热板法观察其镇痛作用;运用酵母膏致小鼠高尿酸血症法观察其对尿酸、黄嘌呤氧化酶、尿素氮的影响。结果痛风定无糖颗粒对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀、MSU所致的足跖肿胀及MSU所致的肿胀足渗出液中PGE2含量增加均有显著的抑制作用;能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值,降低小鼠的扭体次数;能显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸,抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性、降低血尿素氮。结论痛风定无糖颗粒具有明显的抗痛风作用。 Objective To observe the anti - gout effects and mechanism of action of Tongfengding Granules without sugar. Meth- ods Tongfengding Granules without sugar was taken orally. Anti - gout effects were observed by xylene which caused mouse ear e- dema model and mouse hind paw edema model induced by sodium urate( MSU), and contents of prostaglandin E2 ( PGE2 ) in in- flammatory effusion, mouse pain induced by injecting acetic acid in abdominal cavity, mouse pain threshold induced by heat stimulation, and mouse hyperuricemia model induced by yeast. Results Tongfengding Granules without sugar could lessen mouse ear edema induced by xylene, and inhibit mouse food swelling by MSU and decrease the contents of PGE2 in inflammatory tissue of mouse. It elevate mouse pain threshold significantly and decrease mouse stretching frequencies. It markedly reduced blood level of uric acid and urea nitrogen, liveness of xanthine oxidase induced by yeast in mice. Conclusion Tongfengding Granules without sugar possesses the anti -gout effects.
