威灵仙及其地方习用品急性毒性的比较研究

The acute toxicity comparative study of Clematis and its genuines

目的研究威灵仙与地方习用品柱果铁线莲和山木通水煎液的急性毒性,以初步评价其安全性。方法测定三种药材的水煎液对小鼠最大给药量,连续14d观察记录小鼠体重变化,进食、饮水量变化,生理反应;14d后,进行血液生化指标测定,观察组织显微结构变化。结果小鼠最大给药量为40g/kg,是成人临床用量的266.7倍。14d内,小鼠无一只死亡,给药组与空白组比较,小鼠进食、饮水、体重及生理变化无显著差异;小鼠尸检情况及肝肾功能亦无显著差异;病理组织检查发现给药组小鼠肝脏有轻微病变,山木通组病变部位最少,最轻微,其次为柱果铁线莲组,威灵仙组较为严重。结论威灵仙及其地方习用品的急性毒性较低,对肝肾的损伤程度为:山木通<柱果铁线莲<威灵仙;开发山木通和柱果铁线莲,有助于扩大威灵仙的药源。

Objective In order to study Clematis and its genuine Clematis uncinata Champ. and Cematis finetiana L^vl. et Vant. [ C. pavoliniana Pamp. ] . decoction acute toxicity , with preliminary evaluation of its safety. Methods Three herbs decoction of the maximum dose in mice, mice were observed and recorded weight changes, eating, drinking volume changes continuously 14 days ; After 14 days, measure the blood biochemical parameters, and observe the changes in tissue microstructure. Results Mice maximum dose is 40g/kg, which is 266.7 times the clinical dose of adult. Within 14 days, the mice without a death, treatment groups compared with the control group, Mouse food intake, drinking intake, weight, and physiological changes had no significant differences; liver and kidney function autopsy cases which had no significant differences; histopathological examination revealed that treatment groups with a slight lesions of liver and kidney, lesions of liver and kidney of Cematis finetiana L6vl. et Vant. [ C. pavoliniana Pamp. ] group at least, the most minor , followed by the Clematis uncinctta Champ. group, Clematis chinensis Osbeck group is more serious. Conclusion Genuine Clematis uncinata Champ. , L6vl. et Vant. [ C. pavoliniana Pamp. ] and Clematis chinensis Osbeck of low acute toxicity, the degree of liver and kidney damage ： Cematis finetiana L6vl. et Vant. [ C. pavoliniana Pamp. ] 〈 Clematis uncinata Champ. 〈 Clematis chinensis Osbeek. The development of Cematis finetiana L6vl. et Vant. [ C. pav- oliniana Pamp. ] and Clematis uncinata Champ. help to expand the drug source of Clematis.
