青海藏药渣驯炮制前后红外光谱分析

Crude and processed Brag-zhun of Qinghai Infrared Spectroscopy

目的建立红外光谱技术,对青海渣驯进行鉴定、分析。方法采用红外光谱仪,对炮制前后的青海渣驯进行分析。结果渣驯炮制前后的红外谱图基本一致,说明在炮制过程中没有新物质的出现。结论该研究首次建立了红外光谱仪分析渣驯的方法,该方法为藏药渣驯的分类和鉴别提供参考依据。

Objective To establish IR method of brag - zhun. Methods The technique of IR and the method of quick compare were used to determine and compare crude and processed brag - zhun from Qinghai. Results The IR spectra crude and processed brag - zhun from Qinghai were similar. Conclusion The first time to establish IR method of brag - zhun. The technique of IR was provided for classification and identification of brag - zhun.
