川射干野生资源产量性状调查研究

Study on the yield traits of wild Iris tectorum resources

目的对川射干野生资源进行产量性状调查研究。方法文献查证川射干野生资源分布区域,走访调查分布区域生态环境,收集野生资源,进行产量性状方差分析及相关分析。结果川射干野生资源分布较广,川内较多地方均有分布,其中井研、中江的川射干具有明显的产量优势。产量性状相关分析表明,川射干产量性状与其块茎宽度、厚度相关极显著,而与长度相关不显著。结论井研、中江的川射干野生资源可以考虑作为最佳的产地或种源。提高川射干块根的宽度和厚度是高产品种的主要育种目标,单纯地增加其块根长度很难获得理想的产量效果。

Objective To study on the yield traits of wild Iris tectorum resources. Methods Literature review the distribution of wild Iris tectorum resource areas, about which the ecological environment is investigated , the wild resources is collected for the variance of yield traits and the correlation analysis. Results Wild Iris tectorum resources are widely distributed in many places, which has obvious yield advantage in Jingyan and Zhongjiang. Correlation analysis showed that yield traits are significantly related with the width and thickness of Iris tectorum Maxim. and not being significantly related with the length. Conclusion Wild lr/s tec- torum resources in Zhongjiang and Jingyan can be considered as the best place of origin or provenance. Improving Iris tectorum root width and thickness is the main breeding objectives of high yield varieties, only to increase its root length is very difficult to obtain the ideal production effect.
