国内外网络舆情研究态势和文献基础分析

Analysis on the Research Situation and the Literature Base of Network Public Opinion at Home and Abroad

基于Web of Science(WoS)数据库,以十几年来国际网络舆情相关研究文献为研究对象,定量分析其主要研究机构与地域分布,剖析其关键词和主题词的聚类和突现情况发现:国际网络舆情研究文献主要产出地集中在美国、中国和英国;国际间网络舆情研究的学术交流还不够密切,各国需要加深与其他发达国家的学术合作;国际网络舆情研究的4个热点维度为管理、技术、传播和应对;国际网络舆情研究分为奠基阶段、发展阶段、上升阶段和强盛阶段;The Structural Transformation of the Public Sphere等奠基性关键节点文献构成了国际网络舆情研究热点和研究前沿的知识基础。

Based on Web of Science （WoS） database, taking the research literature related the international network public opinion in more than ten years as the study object, quantitatively analyzing its major research institutions the geographical distribution and the clustering and emergent situations of keywords and subject headings, we could find that： the output place research literatures of international network public opinion are mainly concentrated in the U.S., China and the UK; the academic exchange of the research of the international network public opinion is still not close enough, every country need to deepen the academic cooperation with other developed countries; four hot dimensions of the research of the international network public opinion are the management, the technology, the communication and the response; the research of the international network public opinion could be divided into the foundation stage, the development stage, the rising stage and the strong stage; groundbreaking key node literatures such as The Structural Transformation of the Public Sphere constitute the knowledge base of the research focus and research cutting-edge of the international network public opinion.
