外语院校图书馆多语种电子资源绩效评价研究——基于文献保障与教学科研视角

Research on the Performance Evaluation of Multilingual Electronic Resources in Foreign Language University Libraries——Based on the Perspective of the Literature Guarantee and the Teaching and Scientific Research

外语院校人文社会科学专业具有多语种的特色和资源利用的特殊性,其电子资源绩效评价可以从文献保障和教学科研的视角入手,并以此来构建相应的外语院校图书馆多语种电子资源的绩效评价体系。因此,外语院校图书馆提升多语种电子资源优化配置与绩效应注意以下3个方面:加强各语种电子资源的文献保障,推动各语种电子资源的教学应用,提升主流语种电子资源的科研效益。

Subjects of humanities and social sciences in foreign language universities have the multilingual characteristic and the particularity of the resource utilization, the performance evaluation of their electronic resources could be carried out from perspectives of the literature guarantee and the teaching and scientific research, and construct corresponding performance evaluation systems for foreign language university libraries on the basis of these. Therefore, foreign language university libraries should pay attention to following three aspects when they try to promote the optimal allocation and performance of multilingual electronic resources： strengthening literature guarantees of electronic resources in various languages, promoting teaching applications of electronic resources in various languages, and improving the research effectiveness of electronic resources in mainstream languages.
