含腐殖酸地表水处理工程的改造实践

摘要 针对某水厂原水在开江期和汛期腐殖酸含量高,原水处理难度大的现状,采用二氧化氯预氧化—孔板式混合—小孔眼网格絮凝—小间距斜板沉淀工艺对水厂进行了系统改造.实践运行结果表明,改造后系统运行稳定,开江期处理水量提高了15%,汛期的供水量提高了约50%,浊度去除率由改造前的70%提高到80%以上,色度去除率由改造前的50%~80%提高到80%~90%,改造后水厂每年供水量可增加93.6万m3,收入可增139.93万元,自耗水可减少12万m3,具有较大的经济效益和社会效益. During the thawing and flooding periods, the raw water for a water treatment plant contains high humid acid, which makes it difficult to be treated. Based on this current situation, the process of chlorine dioxide prechlorination-orifice plate mixing - small distance inclined plate sedimentation was used for the system modification of the water treatment plant. The practical per- formance after modification showed that the system was stable; the treatment capacity during tha- wing period was improved 15%; the capacity during flooding period was improved about 50%; the tur- bidity removal rate was improved from 70% to above 80%; the color removal rate was increased from 50 %-80 % to 80%-90%. Totally, after modification, the annual capacity of this water treatment plant could increase about 93.6 × 104 m3, revenue increased 1. 399 3 mllion Yuan and its water consumption could be reduced about 12 × 104 ma , which would be of great economic and social benefits.
