不同年限秦艽产量及各部位活性成分质量分数的动态变化 被引量:5

Dynamic Changes of Yield and Active Component Mass Fraction in Different Parts of Gentiana macrophylla Pall. at Different Ages

摘要 通过测定宁夏隆德地区不同生长年限秦艽根干质量,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对不同年限秦艽的产量和不同部位活性成分质量分数的动态变化研究,确定秦艽的最佳采收期,探索其全草的药用价值。结果表明,地下营养器官(根)是秦艽有效成分的主要积累部位,质量分数可达9.43%,地上部分有效成分质量分数依次为花(4.90%)>叶(3.96%)>茎(3.84%)。对2a生、3a生和4a生栽培秦艽根的进一步研究发现,在一个生长季节中龙胆苦苷与马钱苷酸质量分数呈现不同的变化规律。研究表明,4a生秦艽在9月采收最佳,其花、茎、叶有效成分质量分数较高,值得开发利用。 The dynamic changes of yield and active constituents in different organs of Gentiana macrophylla Pall.were determinated to find the optimum harvesting time and to explore the medicinal value of the whole plant.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was adopted to detect contents of gentiopicroside and loganic acid in cultivated G.macrophylla Pall.growing in Longde county,Ningxia at different growth stages and dry mass of roots were also measured.Results showed that the underground parts of G.macrophyllaPall.(roots)were the major parts where gentiopicroside and loganic acid accumulated,with a content of 9.43%.The mass fraction of active constituents of overground parts were listed as floral organ(4.90%)〉leaf(3.96%)〉stem(3.84%).Further study was performed on the mass fraction of the 2active compounds in 2-year-old,3-year-old and 4-year-old plants,respectively.Data showed that the contents of gentiopicroside and loganic acid appeared to be a different pattern in a growing season.Therefore,the optimal harvest time of the G.macrophylla Pall.is the 4-year-old plants in September.And its high active compounds of the floral organ,leaf and stem parts are worth exploiting.
