摘要
微量元素在种子萌发过程中通过影响种子内的酶系统,促进种子内贮藏物质的分解,影响种子的萌发和幼苗的生长、生理。以蒙古黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus Bge.)为对象,研究Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu对蒙古黄芪种子萌发、幼苗生长和部分生理特性的影响。结果表明,一定质量浓度的微量元素处理能够显著促进蒙古黄芪种子的萌发,提高种子活力,促进黄芪幼苗的生长。进一步的研究表明,200mg/L FeSO4、50mg/L ZnSO4、250mg/L MnSO4和200mg/L CuSO4处理的黄芪幼苗子叶叶绿素含量最高;800mg/L FeSO4、50mg/L ZnSO4、500mg/L MnSO4和200mg/L CuSO4处理的黄芪幼苗根系相对电导率最低,根系活力最佳,说明微量元素处理减少了黄芪幼苗根系质膜所受的伤害,提高了根系抗逆性;400mg/L FeSO4、100mg/L ZnSO4、125mg/L MnSO4和25mg/L CuSO4处理的黄芪幼苗SOD和POD活性最佳。说明一定质量浓度的微量元素处理能够提高黄芪幼苗的抗逆性。
Trace elements promote the decomposition of seeds stroed substance by affecting the enzyme system in the process of seed germination,affecting seed germination and seedling growth,physiology.This test was targeted to mongholicus and investigated effects of Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu on seed germination situation,seedling growth conditions and some physiological characteristics.The result showed that certain mass concentration of micronutrients treatments can significantly promote mongholicus seed germination,improve seed vigor and promote seedling growth.Further studies showed that 200mg/L FeSO4,50mg/L ZnSO4,250mg/L MnSO4and 200mg/L CuSO4treatments gained the highest chlorophyll contents;800mg/L FeSO4,50mg/L ZnSO4,500mg/L MnSO4and 200mg/L CuSO4treatments showed the lowest root relative conductivety and the best root activity,explained that trace elements reduced the damage of root plasma membrane suffered and increase resistance of root;400mg/L FeSO4,100mg/L ZnSO4,125mg/L MnSO4and 25mg/L CuSO4treatments showed the highest SOD activity and POD activity of seedling and the results explained that certain concentration of trace elements could increase the resistance of Astragalus mongholicus.
