超声心动图在指导先天性心脏病封堵术的应用探讨

Application of echocardiography in guiding closure for congenital heart disease

目的分析先天性心脏病封堵术采用超声心动图的临床应用价值。方法抽取2012年4月-2013年11月在我院收治的患有房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损以及动脉导管未闭的病人21例,在封堵手术之前检查缺损范围以及程度,在手术当中密切监测以及手术以后超声复查。结果本文21例病人全部在超声心动图引导之下封堵器顺利置入,全部封堵成功,21例病人临床操作期间没有1例并发症出现。结论超声心动图指导房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损以及动脉导管未闭封堵手术当中,不管是手术之前病例的选择,手术当中指导监测以及手术以后治疗效果的评价等相关方面都具有重大价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of echocardiography in guiding the closure for congenital heart disease. Methods Twenty-one patients with atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, and patent duetus arteriosus admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to November 2013 were recruited. The extent and degree of defect were examined before operation, close monitoring was performed during operation, and ultrasonic reexamination was done after operation. Results The closure device was successfully implanted under echocardiographic guidance in all patients, and none of them developed complications during operation. Conclusion For patients with atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, and patent duetus arteriosus, echoeardiography is of great significance for case selection before closure, guidance and monitoring during operation, and efficacy evaluation after operation.
