高校附属幼儿园社区资源开发的实践研究

A Practice Research of University-attached Kindergarten Community Resource Exploring

高校附属幼儿园可资利用的社区资源可谓得天独厚,它通常不仅拥有相对安全的社区环境,还拥有相对完善的物质资源、高素质的人力资源和以大学精神为代表的文化资源.本文提出了高校附属幼儿园社区资源开发的七点建议：扩展资源开发主体,优先开发家长资源,关注事件性和情境性社区资源,打通信息获取渠道,注重社区资源的纵向挖掘,打造社区教育资源基地,对社区资源进行评估.研究者最后提出,可通过建立社区资源库的方式综合开发高校社区资源.

Kindergartens attaching to universities own abundant community resources. This type of kindergarten generally has relatively safe COlnmunity environment and better material resources, better qualified human resources and cukural resources. This paper puts forward seven suggestions for the exploration of community resources： expanding resource exploring body, giving priority to the exploration of parents＇ resources, focusing on event and situation types of community resources, opening up information channels, focusing on the exploration of community resources, setting up education resource bases in a community, and evaluating community resources. The author also suggests that university community resources can be explored comprehensively through setting up community resource bank.
