摘要
地层、岩石、构造、水形成了地球表部的地质环境。地质灾害是地质环境演化为另一新的有序的自稳性状态的调整。文中论述了存在环境系统的破坏因素及对策 ,并对工程系统。
The surface geological enviroment of the earth consists of strata, rocks, textures as well as water. Geological catastrophe is the adjustment of the state of enviorment from an old one to a new one in steady order. The thesis discusses the destroying factors of the enviroment system, and gives the countermeasures correspondingly, and shows the concerns for the relation between mankind and the engineering system as well as geological enviroment.
