摘要 早期教育的质量对儿童一生的发展有重要影响,处境不利儿童的家长通常没有能力提供优质的早期教育,为此美国联邦政府实施了“Title Ⅰ学前项目”.“Title Ⅰ学前项目”的课程内容主要包括语言、数学、科学和社会性-情感四个领域.该项目课程的具体实施,有效促进了处境不利儿童的发展,缩小了他们与同龄人的学业成就差距.“Title Ⅰ学前项目”对我国的学前教育发展具有一定的启示和借鉴意义. The quality of early education has important influence on children's life development. Some parents are unable to provide quality education for disadvantaged children. Therefore, U.S. Department of Education carries out "Title Ⅰ Preschool Program", which includes four areas: language, mathematics, sciences and social-emotional. Through the implementation of the program, the development of the disadvantaged children is effectively promoted, and their academic achievement gap with peers is narrowed. "Title I Preschool Program" provides enlightenment and reference to the development of preschool education in China.
