摘要
在pH 2.2的Britton-Robinson缓冲体系中,长春瑞滨与曙红Y反应,形成离子缔合物能使染料发生明显的褪色反应。最大褪色波长位于520 nm,且在0.25~15μg/mL范围内,吸光度降低与长春瑞滨质量浓度成正比,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.7×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1。由此建立了测定长春瑞滨的吸收光谱新方法,可应用于注射液中长春瑞滨的测定。
In pH 2.2 Britton-Robinson buffer medium,navelbine can bind with eosin Y to form the binding products and a fading reaction appears.The maximun fading wavelength locates at 520 nm.The concentration of navelbine is directly proportional to the degree of fading in the range of 0.25 ~ 15 μg/mL.The maximun molar absorption coefficient(εmax) is 7.7 ×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1.A new fading spectrophotometric method for the determination of navelbine with eosin Y as a probe has been studied.The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and is applied to the determination of navelbine in injection samples with satisfactory results.
