摘要
目的研究岗位竞聘护士的竞争态度、自尊水平与心理健康的关系,为促进护士身心健康及良性竞争提供依据。方法采用自尊量表、竞争态度量表、症状自评量表对296名在岗注册护士进行横断面调查。结果自尊量表平均分为(27.48±6.65)分,竞争态度量表平均分为(46.63±9.89)分,不同自尊、竞争态度组别的SCL-90的评分差异有统计学意义,良性竞争与SCL-90各因子评分呈负相关(r=-0.121^-0.224),自尊与SCL-90各因子均呈负相关(r=-0.136^-0.236)。结论竞争态度、自尊影响心理健康水平,提高竞聘护士的自尊,有助于促进良性竞争态度的形成,有利于心理健康。
Objective To explore the relationship among self-esteem,competitive attitude and psychological health of position com-petition nurses ,and improve their healthy competition and psychosomatic health .Methods A total of 296 position competition nurses were investigated with the Self-esteem scale,Competitive Attitude Scale -Chinese version and Symptom Checklist 90.Results The mean scores of self-esteem and competitive attitude were 27.48 ±6.65,46.63 ±9.89 respectively.There were statistically significant differences in SCL-90 score among different level of self-esteem,competitive attitude groups .The SCL-90 score was negatively correla-ted with healthy competition and self-esteem respectively .Conclusion Competitive attitude and self-esteem can affect psychological health level, for position competition nurses ,the development of competitive attitude can be improved by increasing their self -esteem, which maybe result in more psychological health level .
