海军某部航空兵情境特质应对方式与心理承受力的关系

Relationships between Coping Style and Psycholoical Resilience in Naval Air Force

目的：探讨海军某部航空兵心理承受力与情景特质应对方式的现况及关系。方法随机整群抽样法选取海军某部210名航空兵，采用《军人心理承受力量表》《中国军人情境应对量表》对其进行调查，数据分别使用描述性统计分析、独立样本t检验、方差分析及多元逐步回归等方法处理。结果①心理承受力中独生子女组在总分及各因子分上均高于非独生子女组（t＝3．55、4．51、3．39、3．29、3．12、3．87，P＜0．01）；来自城市的官兵在问题解决因子得分显著较高（t＝-2．50，P＜0．01）；未婚官兵在意志力方面得分显著较高（t＝2．57，P＜0．01）。已婚官兵在消极应对总分明显高于未婚官兵（t＝-4．21，P＜0．01），积极应对总分低于未婚官兵（ t＝2．93，P＜0．01）；②相关分析显示海军航空兵心理承受力及各因子（问题解决、意志力、家庭支持、人际交往、自信心）与积极应对及各因子显著正相关，与消极应对及各因子显著负相关（r＝-0．15～0．51，P＜0．01）；③回归分析表明，情感积极、军事任务消极、独生子女和军事任务积极进入官兵心理承受力总分的回归方程，可解释变异率为33．4％（ F＝102．93，P＜0．05）结论情景特质应对方式与心理承受力显著相关。

Objective To explore relationships between coping style and psycholoical resilience in naval air force .Methods A total of 210 military personnel from naval air force were chosen by random cluster sampling ,and tested by Chinese Military Personnel Scene-trait Coping Style Scale and Military Personnel Resilience Scale .The acquired data were analyzed by t -test,correlation analysis and re-gression analysis .Results ①The total score and factor scores of psychological resilience in one-child group were higher than that in the non-only-child group（t=3.55,4.51,3.39,3.29,3.12,3.87,P〈0.01）;Soldiers＇problem solving from the city was significantly high-er（t=-2.50,P〈0.01）;Unmarried men＇s score in the strength of volition was significantly higher （t=2.57,P〈0.01）.Married menin negative coping scores was higher than that of unmarried men （t=-4.21,P〈0.01）,positive coping scores was lower than that of unmar-ried men（t=2.93,P〈0.01）.②Correlation analysis showed that the naval aviation psychological endurance and each factor （problem-solving,interpersonal interaction,volition,optimism,family support）were positively correlated with positive coping and negatively correla-ted with negative coping and the factors （r=-0.15~0.51,P〈0.01）.③Regression analysis showed that positive emotions ,negative,mil-itary mission,only child and military task actively entered the regression equation of officers and soldiers psychological endurance score , and predicted 33.4%of the variance（F=102.93,P〈0.05.）Conclusion Coping style is a key influence factor on psycholoical resili-ence.
