摘要
介绍周德安针药结合治疗间质性膀胱炎的经验。临床以"治病先治神"和"怪病多痰"思想为指导,针刺选用百会、神庭二穴调节元神,取中脘、内关、公孙、列缺、丰隆以理气化痰、健脾利湿;中药常用当归、白芍相配养血柔肝,使枢机疏泄正常;柴胡、炒苍术、炒白术疏肝健脾化痰,并在辨证加减方面喜用对药。
Experience of ZHOU De＇an in treating duced in this article. ZHOU De＇an often combines guidance of ‘ treating spirit before treating diseases＇ interstitial cystitis with acupuncture and medicine were intro- acupu and ＇ ncture with medicine to treat interstitial cystitis under the strange diseases are mainly caused by phlegm＇. The corn- monly used acupoints are Baihui （GV20）, Shenting （GV24）, Zhongwan （CV12）, Neiguan （PC6）, Gongsun （ SP4 ）, Lieque （ LU7 ） and Fenglong （ST40）. The commonly used herbs are Danggui （Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 归）, Baishao （ Radix Paeoniae Alba, （白芍）, Chaihu （ Radix Bupleuri, 柴胡）, Cangzhu （ Atractylodis Rhizoma Frictum,苍术 ） and Baizhu （ Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma Frictum, （白术 ）
