黄柏历代临床用量分析

Analysis on the Clinical Dosage of Huangbo(Cortex Phellodendri,黄柏) in Ancient Times

目的总结黄柏从汉代至今的临床用量特点。方法采用Excel表建立历代黄柏剂量数据库，选取各朝代最具代表性的医学著作，录入含有黄柏方剂的方名、总药量、黄柏药量、整方药味数、加水量、服法等。统计黄柏出现的频次、最常用量、常用量上限、常用量下限、最大用量、最小用量、平均用量，并结合文献分析历代黄柏用量特点。结果历代黄柏用量规律大致为汉唐时期用量最大，唐代每方用量最高可达220g；至宋代仍然维持着较大剂量，常用剂量范围为8～40g；但从金元至近代、当代，其用量大幅下降，每方最大量在30g左右。结论黄柏汉唐时期用量最大，金元至当代用量大幅下降。

Objective To summarize times since the Han Dynasties. Methods the clinical dosage of Huangbo （Cortex Phellodendri, 黄柏） in ancient The database of clinical dosage of Huangbo （ Cortex Phellodendri,黄柏） in ancient times was established using Excel. The formulas containing Huangbo （Cortex Phellodendri, 黄柏） in the most representative medical books of each dynasty were selected and the formula name, total dosage, dosage of Huangbo （Cortex Phellodendri, ~）, herb numbers in a formula, water consumption in decoction and method of administration were recorded. The frequency, the most common dosage, the upper limit of usual dose, the lower limit of usual dose, the maximum dosage, the minimum dosage and the average dosage of Huangbo （ Cortex Phellodendri, 黄柏） were analyzed. The dosage characteristics of Huangbo （Cortex PheUodendri,黄柏） in ancient times were ana- lyzed. Results he dosage of Huangbo （ Cortex Phellodendri, 黄柏） was largest in the Han-Tang Dynasties, espe- cially in the Tang Dynasty, with a maximum dosage of 220 g in a formula. The usual dosage of Huangbo （ Cortex Phel- lodendri, 黄柏） was 8 g to 40 g in the Song Dynasty. The dosage of Huangbo （ Cortex Phellodendri, 黄柏） was signifi- cantly decreased from the Jin-Yuan Dynasties to modem and contemporary times, with a maximum dosage of 30g in a formula. Conclusion The dosage of Huangbo （ Cortex Phellodendri,黄柏） was the largest in Han-Tang Dynasties, and decreased remarkably in Jin-Yuan Dynasties and contemporary times.
