摘要 在分析电信运营商BOSS建设流程的基础上,基于产品线工程框架剖析了BOSS软件供应商内部研发过程,探讨了电信运营商如何引入领域工程思路,优化调整现有流程,从而提升支撑系统架构管控能力,帮助企业实现IT战略目标。 BOSS construction processes of telecom operators and the development processes inside software vendors were analyzed based on the product line engineering framework.It was discussed that how to introduce the domain engineering to optimize and adapt existing processes to strengthen architecture management capability of the telecom operators,helping companies achieve IT strategic goals.
