摘要
板式给矿机作为一种常规的矿仓和溜井给矿设备 ,在粘性混合矿的转载作业中 ,存在易产生阻拱、管流和投资大、生产经营费高等缺点。在分析粘性混合矿不畅流原因的基础上 ,应用自同步定向激振理论、变频调速等可靠性设计技术 ,成功地研制了一台大型振动给矿机。工业应用表明 ,该设备不仅有效地解决了矿仓溜口粘性混合矿不流畅的难题 ,而且经济效益显著 ,一次性投资仅为原重型板式给矿机的 1/ 8,生产经营费为 1/ 10。是一种替代重型板式给矿机的理想给矿设备 ,具有推广应用价值。
When being used to viscous mixed ore,the ordinary apron feeder often demonstrates some troubles,mainly the clogging of material.Besides,the investment and production cost of apron feeder are allways high.Based on the theory of autogenuous synchronization and directional vibro\|excitation and by means of reliable design and advanced technique such as frequency\|modulating speed controller,a large vibro\|feeder has been developed.Its investment and production cost is reduced respectively by 7 and 9 times of that of the apron feeder.Application practice of this vibro\|feeder shows it can replace the apron feeder.
