球磨机空心大轴磨损分析及处理方法

本文叙述了矿浆进入球磨机空心大轴的原因和危害分析 ,分析了空心大轴磨损失效的原因 ,提出了保证球磨机空心大轴与进出料衬套的密封 ,阻止筒体中的矿浆进入空心大轴的空腔中 ,是防止空心大轴严重磨损的关键。同时提出了解决空心大轴早期磨损的措施 ,是解决球磨机正常运转 ,延长空心大轴的使用寿命 ,获得良好经济效益的保证。

Reasons and harmfulness of pulp entering into the cavity of ball mill hollow shaft are analysed that often causes damage of the shaft.Key point for preventing the shaft from tear\|and\|wear is the good seal of the shaft.Timely treatment of shaft at early stage of wearing can ensure normal operation of the mill and increase the service life of the shaft.
