中文版女性排尿行为量表在女性护士中应用的信效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Women's Toileting Behavior Scale among female nurses

目的修订中文版女性排尿行为量表(WTBS)并检验其信效度。方法将中文版WTBS以235名临床护士为样本进行项目分析和探索性因素分析;以401名临床护士为样本进行验证性因素分析和信度分析,并抽取41名被试2周后重测。结果利用项目分析和探索性因素分析最终确定17个条目5个因子的模型,累积解释方差62.03%,其验证性因素分析拟合总体较理想[近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.03,调整拟合指数(AGFI)=0.92,增值拟合指数(IFI)=0.98,标准化拟合指数(NFI)=0.90,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.98,非标准拟合指数(TLI)=0.98];中文版WTBS总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.80,除排尿姿势分量表外,各维度Cronbach'sα系数都大于0.70,各维度建构信度都大于0.60。结论中文版WTBS具有较好的信度和效度,可以考虑将其应用于测量我国临床护士的排尿行为。

Objective To revise the Chinese version of Women＇s Toileting Behavior Scale（WTBS） and to test its reliability and validity among female nurses.Methods The Chinese version of WTBS was administered to 235 clinical nurses for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Moreover,confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted on 401 clinical nurses; the test-retest reliability was tested in 41 nurses.Results A scale of five factors and 17 items was identified by using item analysis and exploratory factor analysis and the five factors could explain 62.03％ of the variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fitness of the model was perfect（RMSEA=0.03,AGFI=0.92,IFI=0.98,NFI=0.90,CFI=0.98,TLI=0.98）.The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the Chinese version of WTBS was 0.80 and the Cronbach＇s α coefficients of each factor were all above 0.7 except the toileting gesture factor.Conclusion The Chinese version of WTBS has good reliability and validity to assess the toileting behavior of clinical nurses.
