摘要
目的探讨日点评分析法在患者静脉输液管理中的应用效果。方法采用日点评分析法:值班护士记录呼叫相关内容,晚交班前集中评价每名责任护士分管患者静脉输液的相关问题。比较实施前后患者呼叫器的使用次数、不良事件发生率等。结果静脉输液患者日均呼叫数、输液相关不良事件发生率均取得较大进步,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论日点评分析法是适用于静脉输液管理的一种有效质量改进方法。
Objective To evaluate the effects of daily review analysis in the management of patients with intravenous infusion.Methods Daily review analysis was implemented in the patients with intravenous infusion.The nurses on duty recorded the contents of calls during intravenous infusion.The problems related to patients with intravenous infusion were reviewed in groups before night shift handover.The times of calls during intravenous infusion and the incidence of adverse events were compared before and after the implementation of daily review analysis.Result The times of calls during intravenous infusion and the incidence of adverse events in patients with intravenous infusion decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Daily review analysis is an effective method to improve the management quality of intravenous infusion.
